Wine is an extremely complex sector, where it is not always apparent how much work and sacrifice goes into a bottle of wine. To ensure the continual protection of this ancient tradition over time, the industry increasingly requires new forms of work organisation that focus on respect for the product and transparent customer loyalty: this is how, and why, a social winery like this came to be.

they operate as a traditional cooperative. their work is based on sharing, collaboration and profit sharing, to minimise production costs without compromising on the quality of its products.

In 1969, they joined forces to found their Cooperative Winery with the aim of giving small producers a real voice. Thanks to this decision, they can enjoy the beauty of the landscape, knowing that it is protected and cared for by the members of the Colli Ripani. This is the spirit that guides their role in the territory, as they create valuable relationships between people. They are committed to producing goods and services that are as sustainable as possible over time from an economic, environmental and social point of view.
